RETURN POLICY

RETURN TIMEFRAME:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and invoice issuance. After this date, no returns will be accepted.

RETURN OPTIONS:

We do not offer refunds. Customers can choose to exchange the product or receive a store credit note. If the stort credit note is chosen, a coupon number will be generated, which can be used for the next purchase. An email will be sent to the customer notifying them of the credit, the customer has up to 1 year to use this store credit note. Near the expiration date of the credit, we will contact the customer as a reminder. Cash refunds will only be processed if the reason for the return is due to a manufacturing detect in the garment.

RETURN AUDIT:

We reserve the right not to accept a piece for return if it is not in the same condition as when it was delivered. All returned items will undergo an auditing process upon receipt.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN:

  • Items must be in their original condition and must not have been used, altered, or washed.
  • Items must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially, or for personal.
  • All packaging, including clothing bags, must be returned along with the order.

CUSTOMER-REQUESTED ALTERATIONS:

Pieces that have been altered according to customer requests will not be accepted for return, regardless of whether the request was made within the 14-day period.

SINGLE INVOICE RETURN:

On a single invoice, the customer only has the option to make one return. Two or more returns on a single invoice are not allowed.

PIECE DELIVERY:

The customer must deliver the piece to the point of sale. Ana + Maria does not cover the transportation costs for return pick-up.

EXCEPTIONS FOR SALE ITEMS:

Returns of sale items or items purchased with coupons are not accepted. We recommend trying on all purchased items upon receipt to ensure there is enough time to return the items within our return period.

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:

For international purchases, Ana + Maria can assist in arranging the pick-up guide with DHL Express if the customer wishes, but the shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect in the purchased item. Ana + Maria does not cover the shipping cost for returning the piece.
