ONLINE PURCHASE:
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Please note that the order cannot be modified or changed after this, so we kindly request you to review the delivery information before making the payment and provide a valid email address.
All orders are dispatched from the Dominican Republic. Please be aware that orders are processed based on item avallability.

NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Our international shipments are carried out using the Express DHL service. As soon as your order is dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please consider that import duties or customs taxes are determined ow the destination country and will be invoiced directly to your as the customer.
The merchandise is insured with DHL during transit until it is delivered to the address specified by the customer. After the merchandise arrives at the destination, the responsibility for the package falls on the customer. Shipping costs are calculated when entering the delivery address and are subject to the destination country. National shipments within the Dominican Republic are free of charge.
